Vice President of Development

At the onset of a new 3-year strategic plan, GHC seeks a Vice President of Development to set and lead a comprehensive fundraising effort. In close partnership with a highly engaged CEO, this position will build upon our strong financial footing and base of individual and institutional funders – including Skoll Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Rippleworks Foundation, and MacKenzie Scott – to secure the support needed to grow our fellowship model and amplify our impact. Specifically, the VP will create a multi-year fundraising plan intended to 1) raise $5M in FY22 and cumulatively raise $18-20M across FY23-FY25, 2) steward and increase support from existing supporters, and 3) identify and pursue new supporters that are aligned with GHC’s values and mission.
