Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,140 per week

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro Telemetry located in Phoenix, Arizona. The position involves providing high‑quality patient care on a neuro and telemetry unit with a required 12‑hour daytime shift schedule. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment. Responsibilities Shift: Days, 12‑hour shifts (36 hours per week) Schedule: 12‑hour day shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week; four weekend shifts required every 8‑week period; holidays included in permanent rotation Provide patient care on a neuro and telemetry unit with a bed capacity of 32 and patient diagnoses including tracheostomy, cerebrovascular accidents, traumatic brain injury, spinal surgery, encephalopathy, ESRD, psychiatric issues, and brain tumors. Titrate drips such as heparin, amiodarone, cardizem, and insulin. Support bedside reporting and float to overflow telemetry units and ICU. Utilize central monitoring and collaborate with IV team and pharmacy (24/7). Qualifications Valid nursing license. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; neuro experience highly preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. Experience with Cerner EMR. Ability to interpret electrocardiograms (EKG). Willingness to wait for license submission if not yet active. Preferred: Neuro‑specific experience and familiarity with Cerner.
