This position is responsible for supporting, directing, and coordinating all financial activity, including closing the books. Including AOP Presentations.Conduct monthly business reviews with Executives; analyze results of OpCo and provide insight for opportunities.Partner with local teams to create/implement action plans where there are gaps in budgets or opportunities to improve.Create a collaborative/supportive environment among Leaders and the finance team to achieve goals and objectives.Lead and develop finance teams using key leadership techniques.
