Business Analyst

DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Help bridge Global Trade, Supply Chain, IT, vendors (QAD/KPMG), and integration teams.
• Lead business requirements elicitation sessions with Trade, Compliance, Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes for FTZ and GTM capabilities. (project specific)
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to define MVP, must-have, and future-state capabilities.
• Partner with solution vendors and implementation partners to evaluate system capabilities and identify process gaps.
• Analyze impacts to upstream and downstream systems, integrations, reports, and operational procedures.
• Support data mapping activities across source systems, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in defining master data, compliance data, trade classifications, inventory, customs, and shipment-related requirements.
