Key Responsibilities\n \n Assess and evaluate patients through comprehensive intake procedures to develop tailored treatment plans that closely align with each individual's needs. \n Conduct various therapy formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices that foster personal growth and recovery. \n Act as the primary contact for therapy-related communications, ensuring consistent contact with patients and their families to promote engagement and adherence to treatment plans. \n Implement trauma-informed, recovery-oriented techniques in every interaction, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of therapy and the overall patient experience. \n Maintain adherence to all organizational policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient working environment centered around best practices. \n Foster a collaborative and positive workplace atmosphere through effective communication and regular interactions with colleagues, promoting teamwork and shared success in patient outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work primarily with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required. \n Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory. \n Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in clinical settings, emphasizing the completion of treatment plans and clinical case notes. \n Ability to exhibit stable and appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment. \n Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with documentation standards in outpatient therapy settings would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience.
