Project Manager - Fire Protection

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee fire protection projects from contract award through closeout. This role is ideal for a project manager with a few years of experience who is looking to grow within a stable, technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fire protection projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope alignment
• Track project costs, change orders, and billing
• Work closely with design and field teams to ensure successful execution
• Resolve issues related to schedule, scope, and field conditions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management within construction or fire protection
• Bachelor's degree preferred (construction management, engineering, or related field)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project tracking, scheduling, and documentation tools
