Program Senior Manager - F-35 Block 4 - Level 6 | Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company – Fort Worth, TX (Zip 76108) Job Code/Title: L3046: Program Management Senior Manager Job Description The F‑35 Air Vehicle Development (AVD) Block 4 Contract Program Manager is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery of multiple development efforts, which will provide critical capabilities to the F‑35 platform. Develop and execute program plans, meeting contractual commitments, and driving program performance. Coordinate across the business to ensure enterprise and full lifecycle success. Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual objectives are achieved. Ensure the establishment of milestones, proactively manage master schedules, utilize active risk management practices to identify problems and develop solutions. Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and help needed across the enterprise and up through executive leadership, both internal and external. Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate team. Effective communication skills at all levels. Experience working SAP/SAR programs. Onsite Full‑time The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Security Clearance Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Relocation/Housing Stipend Available Possible. Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position is $157,800 – $278,185 in most states (excluding major metro areas), and $181,400 – $314,525 in major metropolitan areas. Salary information is a general guideline only; local adjustments may apply. The position is incentive plan eligible.
