We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our insurance office. This position focuses on providing excellent service to current and prospective customers by answering questions, assisting with policy needs, handling billing and account inquiries, and helping ensure customers have a positive experience with our office.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email, and enjoys helping people. Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with policy, billing, and account questions
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
• Process policy changes and customer requests
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Provide friendly and professional service
• Support the team with daily office tasks
