Head of Insurance Strategy & Systems

A growing financial services organization is seeking a VP, Insurance Strategy & Systems to lead the transformation, optimization, and scalability of its insurance operations, service model, and supporting systems infrastructure. This executive will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to improve client experience, streamline workflows, modernize processes, and build scalable capabilities that support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and operations for insurance servicing, administration, and client support functions Design and optimize insurance operating models, workflows, and service delivery frameworks Partner with technology teams on policy administration, CRM, workflow, reporting, and automation initiatives Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation efforts Establish KPI frameworks, service metrics, and executive reporting capabilities Support data governance, business requirements, and systems roadmap development Build and develop a high-performing Insurance Strategy & Systems function Ideal Background 15+ years of leadership experience in: Insurance Operations Insurance Services Business Transformation Strategy & Operations Operational Excellence Consulting Experience leading complex insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry operations Demonstrated success improving systems, processes, and organizational scalability Strong partnership with technology, analytics, and business stakeholders Background in insurance, employee benefits, wealth management, retirement services, brokerage, carrier, or financial services environments preferred Why Consider It?
