Youll work closely with our 30-person accounting department , primarily based in Scottsdale, and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and collaborative environment. No problemwell provide comprehensive training. What Youll Be Doing As part of our team, youll: Review and follow up on outstanding invoices, focusing on accounts over 90 days old. Maintain and update Excel sheets with client and matter details while logging collection efforts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues affecting unpaid invoices. Contact clients and insurance adjusters via email and phone using a customer service-focused approach to resolve payment issues.
