Position Details:

Full-time, ongoing opportunity
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Open to Independent Contractors (1099)
Competitive weekly compensation

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy to improve daily living skills and independence
Document progress and collaborate with the rehabilitation team

Requirements:

Active New York OT license required
Prior SNF experience preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
Authorized to work in the United States
