Project Analyst

We are searching for a Project Analyst to support construction projects at our client's site in Niskayuna, NY, with possible support for the West Milton, NY site.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques.
• Preparing performance metrics for management and customers, processing change controls, and submitting reports.
• Identifying resource conflicts, analyzing budgets and workforce estimates, developing parts of the Program Management Plan, supporting meetings, issuing change controls, and preparing closeout reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience in project scheduling software, preferably Primavera
• Experience managing financial information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework or experience in project management
• Experience analyzing performance to plan
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in technical writing to author or support submittals
• Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus

Security Clearance:

Candidates must possess a DOE L Security Clearance.
