\nWe’re seeking a Content Manager to develop and execute compelling content across social media, web, email, and broader marketing channels. This person will help shape the brand voice, stay closely connected to trends across AI, crypto, and emerging technology, and turn timely topics into content that resonates with technical and tech-savvy audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can move quickly, manage multiple projects, and balance creative storytelling with clear, specific messaging.\n

Most Important Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging, on-brand copy for X, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, ensuring messaging is immediately understandable to new audiences.
\n
• Manage the content calendar from planning through publication, including drafting, approvals, scheduling, and timely posts responding to significant developments in AI and crypto.
\n
• Monitor and participate in social conversations while building relationships with relevant communities and audiences.
\n
• Develop copy for email campaigns, lifecycle communications, product launches, and announcements.
\n
• Collaborate with PR and communications teams to maintain consistent messaging across earned and owned media.
\n
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels while helping differentiate brands within the market.
\n
• Write concise, compelling copy for AI, crypto, developer, a technology-focused audiences, incorporating relevant data, metrics, and specific examples.
\n
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and account leads throughout the creative process, from initial concept through final delivery.
\n
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within fast-moving timelines.
\n
• Stay current on developments across AI, crypto, blockchain, and emerging technology, identifying timely opportunities for content.
\n
• Contribute creative presentations and clearly communicate the strategic thinking behind messaging and copy.
\n
• Provide mentorship to other content writers and review content contributed by members of the broader developer and open-source community.

• 3-6 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency supporting technology clients or other fast-paced SaaS environment.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing or creating content for a brand on Twitter/X.
\n
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML technologies and a solid understanding of cryptocurrency and Web3 preferred.
\n
• Experience developing effective email campaigns, lifecycle communications, and related marketing content.
\n
• A portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills, versatility, clarity, and the ability to establish and maintain brand voice.
\n
• Ability to effectively communicate with both B2B and B2C audiences.
