Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring an HR BI Analyst in Houston, TX to support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, HRIS support, and project management. This person will analyze workforce data, create Power BI dashboards, troubleshoot HR systems, and partner with HR leaders to identify trends that drive data-driven decisions.
