HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HR BI ANALYST IN HOUSTON, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HR BI Analyst to support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, HRIS support, and project management. This individual will analyze workforce data, develop dashboards and reports, troubleshoot HR systems, and partner with HR leaders to identify trends and support data-driven business decisions. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $80,000-$100,000/annually depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm 
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Power BI dashboard development and maintenance
• Data cleaning, validation, and modeling
• HR analytics and reporting
• Managing dashboard security and access controls
• Excel-based data analysis and reporting
• Updating board reports in PowerPoint
• Supporting emergency communication processes that use Excel uploads
• Support HR Operations, Shared Services, Total Rewards, and HHS with projects and troubleshooting
• Monitor HR analytics trends and industry best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Attend and participate in HR-related events and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4 years of experience working with analytical software or HR data
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
• Strong communication and project management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
