This role requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor) and proficiency in service procedures. Responsibilities Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Maintain uniform and personal hygiene; keep uniform clean. Answer guests’ questions and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. Cooperate with management and co-workers; assist others with duties when needed; communicate suggestions for improvement positively. Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report unsafe conditions; use materials and equipment properly. Know emergency procedures in the restaurant. Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook. Qualifications Genuine approach to hospitality.
