SHIFT MANAGER - FRONT OF HOUSE

Location: Dublin, Ohio | Shift types: Full-time, Part-time | Starting at $20.00 per hour. Role As the Front of House Shift Manager you will ensure that every customer receives the best experience possible. You will serve food quickly, create a welcoming environment and maintain a clean, stocked restaurant. Your success depends on the success of your Front of House crew. You will train, support and develop them, lead by example, and help create a high‑performing team. Responsibilities Communicate Roots culture and vision to your crew to maintain a special experience each day. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and crew to continuously improve the workplace. Work with the Leadership Team to develop crew leadership skills. Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support throughout the training process. Coach the crew on running excellent shifts with a focus on customer experience and quality food. Maintain relentless focus on customer experience and detail orientation. Ensure strict compliance with food safety practices and standards at all times. Master all front‑of‑house positions (line, grill, catering/app). Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts. Requirements Prior restaurant management experience preferred. Empathy for crew members and customers. Friendly and enthusiastic presence each day. Lead by example with humility and resilience. Exceptional communication, organizational and personal skills.
