How You'll Make An Impact Manage a group of client accounts with moderate to high complexity. Keep account details current, respond to questions, and help solve issues before they grow. Work with Branch Managers, production teammates, and other colleagues to support business priorities and keep the client service cycle moving. Build relationships, handle day‑to‑day account work, and help clients get the support they need. Look for ways to grow accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell conversations, while keeping service steady and work aligned with Gallagher standards and The Gallagher Way. About You Required Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Insurance knowledge.
