Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

Position Overview World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Bilingual) to guide customers on their financial journey. The role supports the Branch Manager and focuses on customer service, loan processing, and branch operations. Hourly Pay: $17–$20 Responsibilities Guide customers toward upward credit mobility and provide top-tier customer service. Process loan applications, take and process payments, and prepare/execute loan documents for closing. Balance assigned cash drawer daily and complete daily branch bank deposits, transporting money to and from the bank as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Close approved loans daily and assist in building tax clientele. Send accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Self‑confident, organized, and compassionate, with a history of kindness. Strong commitment to quality‑driven solutions and embracing new ideas. Team player, willing to pitch in and accept help. Basic computer skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
