Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production processes and report any discrepancies to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
