This role involves manual labor, material handling, and collaboration with other team members to ensure the efficient processing and recycling of materials.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Material Handling:Sort recycling materials from conveyor belts, or processing equipment.Cleaning and Maintenance:Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient environment.Assisting Machine Operators:Collaborate with machine operators to ensure the smooth operation of processing equipment.Follow instructions to support the processing of recycled material.Documentation:Maintain basic records or material movements and activities as required.Report any issues, incidents, or observations to supervisors.Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals.Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any challenges or concerns.Job Qualifications:Education:High School diploma or GEDExperience and Competencies:Garbage/Recycling experience preferredAbility to lift or carry heavy objects as necessaryAbility to stand for long periods of time.Benefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentFCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
