Your role will be vital in ensuring that our clients and their furry companions receive exceptional care and service. Join us in our mission to provide compassionate veterinary care to all animals!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Process payments and manage financial transactions
• Schedule appointments and relay messages to clinical staff
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
• Proficiency in time management and documentation skills
• Efficient in performing administrative tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office tasks
• Ability to assist with events and documentation
• Knowledge of DaySmart software

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,450.00

Maximum Salary: $48,810.00
