Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.

Provide telehealth and, when necessary, in-person behavioral health services to individuals and groups, facilitating therapeutic conversations and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Document all client interactions and treatment progress using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and practice management software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of service delivery.

Deliver services with cultural sensitivity, acknowledging and respecting the diverse backgrounds and values of your clients, which enrich their therapeutic experience.

Maintain effective relationships with medical and support staff, collaborating in treatment planning and crisis intervention situations when necessary.

Produce detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, ensuring that all documentation reflects the quality and focus of care provided to clients.

Engage in crisis intervention as required, providing immediate support and connecting clients with appropriate resources for further assistance.

Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices, actively participating in training and ongoing education to enhance professional skills.

The primary client population consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
