Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health challenges and relationship issues.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Engage family members in the therapeutic process as necessary to strengthen support systems for clients.

• Foster strong, professional relationships with colleagues and support staff to enhance collaborative treatment efforts.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and drive quality improvement in clinical practices.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective interventions while adhering to best practices in therapy.

• Serve as an advocate for clients in crisis, providing timely responses to emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain composure and provide effective solutions in crisis situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
