What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Meet directly with homeowners to present MGX Consulting's building and construction solutions.
• Build instant rapport and establish trust through face-to-face conversations.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand each customer's goals and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate value and benefits.
• Confidently handle objections and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent MGX Consulting professionally while working outdoors within your assigned territory.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced in door-to-door sales.

• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.

• Naturally charismatic and able to build rapport quickly.

• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection professionally.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to succeed.

• Able to walk extensively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This role offers significant earning potential that rewards your effort and performance.

• Realistic expected earnings of $130,000 – $140,000 for those willing to put in the work

• We pay higher than the rest of the industry - most companies do a 50/50 commission split. Ours is always structured to give the sales rep more than that.

• No project management, easy workload. Our door-to-door team makes very high commissions for just bringing the deals and doing the inspections.

• Top performers can make upwards of $250,000
