Through our BakeFace™ brand private-label partnerships, we supply a broad portfolio of Honestly Fresh™ baked goods to retailers nationwide. We are hiring Overnight Route Drivers to deliver fresh-baked products from our Baton Rouge distribution center to local customers. We provide paid training, equipment, and delivery vehicles - you bring a positive attitude and commitment to safety and customer service. During onboarding, you'll receive three days of hands‑on training alongside experienced drivers. You'll also complete Smith System training, driving assessments, and equipment training to get you are set up for success. Key Responsibilities Perform pre‑trip vehicle inspections using handheld devices Load and organize products for delivery routes Safely operate a 10‑foot box truck while following all traffic laws and company safety policies Use handheld devices and navigation tools for route management Deliver products accurately to stores, verify invoices, rotate stock, remove expired products, and restock according to planograms Maintain professional interactions with customers and store personnel Unload returns and clean vehicle/equipment after routes Required Qualifications and Physical Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 3 years of consistent driving history with a valid driver's license Ability to obtain a copy of past three-year driving record (MVR) prior to interview.
