Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $38,000 – $45,000 (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, support technicians, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication

• Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on skill set, availability, and urgency

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests

• Communicate clearly with technicians, management, and customers as needed

• Make informed decisions that balance customer needs and technician efficiency

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as necessary

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations and heavy workloads

• High level of pride in the quality of work produced

• Previous dispatch or HVAC experience is a plus (but not required)
