ERP Project Manager

Overview Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager in the Overland Park, KS area. This PM will help manage a global project sponsored by the Finance and Accounting teams to modernize technology, consolidate the ledger and improve processes to allow the company to scale globally. This effort will require moving from Peoplesoft to Oracle ERP, focused on the Financial Module. There is a UK PM leading this initiative who has been on the project for a couple of years, leading the initial global planning for the UK and other regions. This is a new role to lead the implementation efforts for Canada and the US. You will work closely with the existing UK PM which will require some early morning calls. The current timeline is April 2026 (Discovery) through December 2027 (Implementation). This role is looking to start ASAP. Lead the implementation from Peoplesoft to Oracle ERP, focusing on the Financial Module. Collaborate with the UK PM and regional stakeholders; participate in early-morning calls as needed. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting sponsors and cross-functional teams. Monitor project timeline from Discovery (April 2026) through Implementation (December 2027) and adjust plans as needed. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role. Experience with Oracle ERP or other similar ERP; Financial Module expertise required. Experience with ADO or a similar Project Management tool. Experience working with global teams. Willingness to take early morning calls with the UK team; frequency may be higher at project start.
