Ensures that patient care on clinical units is performed in accordance with established Hospital, State licensing, The Joint Commission and other applicable regulatory agency policies, procedures and standards. Responsible for the emergency management program to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and our continued readiness for disasters Responsibilities Develops unit and / or service line specific, Patient Care Programs, policies and procedures that describe how patient care needs or patient populations receiving care are assessed, evaluated and met. Develops and implements the unit based plan for providing patient care to those requiring care. Fosters a professional environment. Markets and develops strategies to grow patient volume. Implements an effective, ongoing program for Patient Care Services and Emergency Management Qualifications Education Required: Bachelors Degree minimal Preferred: Advanced degree in health care related field Experience Required: 2 years experience in health care management and 2 years experience in clinical related specialty. License Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida Certifications

Organization Description St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420-bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach.
