We're currently hiring Roofing Technicians who take pride in their work and are open to learning historic roofing using traditional methods and delivering high-quality work. Through our paid apprenticeship, you will be able to move at your pace in learning the art of historic roofing.What You'll DoInstall, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile, and copper roofing systemsWork with natural slate, clay tile, copper flashing, and related materialsMaintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standardsTravel to job sites locally and throughout the US with paid travel time and logistics support providedWhat We're Looking For1+ years roofing experience (any type)Knowledge of roofing installation, repair techniques, and flashing details is preferredComfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffoldingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsValid driver's license with no more than 4 points (preferred), ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check requiredCommitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalismCompensation$23–$45+/hr. based on skill and experiencePerformance-based advancement opportunitiesOvertime available as the weather allowsBenefitsPaid in-house and on-the-job training (including advanced slate and sheet metal techniques)Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days (employer pays 50%)401(k) retirement planQuarterly bonuses for perfect attendance and meeting targetsPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysPromotions based on performance, not tenureTravel logistics and support to make multi-site projects seamlessIf you're an experienced roofer who values craftsmanship, safety, and pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
