Job Description Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
