Project Manager Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Preferred 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. Strong background in healthcare, multifamily, or K-12 construction projects. Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control methodologies. Experience with construction management software such as Procore is advantageous.
