Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic aviation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers and staff with outstanding customer service. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and/or communicate with site contacts and first responders when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including public areas, restricted areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting security-related concerns. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking credentials, observing activity, and/or documenting incidents in accordance with post instructions. Support day-to-day security-related operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and/or completing required reports and logs. Minimum Requirements A New York State Security Guard License is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
