Licensing in the State of Michigan is preferred. Have at leastone (1) year of legal experience. Mustpossessa valid driver’s license in the State of Michigan. Mustpossessstrong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Must be able todemonstratethe ability to manage multiple projects effectively and simultaneously. Mustpossessstrong written communication and organizational skills. Mustpossessthe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage commercial construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. Serve as legal and operational liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors. Collaborate with internal senior leadership foridentifyingkey design concept elements for projects andabletoarticulate toarchitect vendors for design documents andeventualpermitting documents. Support lease administration, property acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactions. Coordinate contract execution, tracking, renewals, and compliance monitoring. Coordinatepermittingprocesses for construction, renovation, occupancy, and related activities. Monitor and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Provide legal research and analysis on operational, regulatory, employment, healthcare, and corporate matters.
