As an Engagement Manager, you will coordinate and deliver key aspects of customer data onboarding projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, data partners, and internal teams. You will manage multiple projects, track progress, facilitate communication, and help resolve challenges to keep initiatives on track. This position emphasizes organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Responsibilities

• Own the data onboarding project plans for multiple new customer engagements
• Serve as primary point-of-contact for data partners during implementation, coordinating meetings and addressing requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success Directors, Solutions Architects, and Business Analysts, to develop timelines and deliver updates
• Track progress of back-end data activities, such as specification reviews and JIRA tickets for data ingestion
• Identify risks or issues and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery
• Develop and refine implementation standards, documentation, and recommendations for supporting tools and technologies
• Conduct internal "lessons learned" sessions to continually improve project processes

Requirements

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for digital health solutions and dedication to customer success
• Experience working with technical teams to deliver products and projects
• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA/Confluence)
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, health tech startups, or healthcare consulting
• Preferred: 5+ years in customer engagement or program management roles, including agile methodologies
