You've worked directly with clients—whether in sales, support, partnerships, or a similar role. Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus Relationship‑building. You’re skilled at earning trust, understanding goals, and creating long‑term value for clients Clear communication. You’re fluent in English and Lithuanian , clear in writing, and confident on client calls Strategic thinking. You anticipate needs, connect the dots, and offer thoughtful, relevant solutions Detail‑oriented. You stay organized, catch the small stuff, and consistently deliver on time Digital marketing curiosity is a bonus.
