Senior Memory Design Engineer — Lead Next-Gen DRAM

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Memory Design Engineer to join our Memory Design team. You will own architecture, circuit design, implementation, and validation for next-generation DRAM memory products including LPDDR, DDR, and future memory technologies.
You will collaborate with architecture, process integration, product engineering, verification, and system teams to deliver best-in-class performance, power, reliability and cost efficiency.
