Location: Spring, TX

Salary: $18.00 per hour, Day shift, temp to hire

We are seeking an experienced  Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating both  sit-down forklifts and  Combilifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for safely moving raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the facility while supporting production and warehouse operations.

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and Combilifts to transport materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and production materials.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods.
• Stage, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify material quantities and product identification prior to movement.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operating policies.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping personnel to meet daily production goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Required: Previous experience operating a  Combilift .
• Experience loading and unloading flatbeds and standard trailers preferred.
• Ability to safely handle long, oversized, or heavy materials.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and forklift operation.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, machinery, noise, and industrial equipment.
• Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
