Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living

Location: Rye, NY | Pay: $20.42/hour | Schedule: In-person

Part Time (4pm to 8pm); Part Time (6pm to 10pm) and Per Diem Positions Available!

What You’ll Do:

As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator , you’ll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal support
• Resident escorting within the facility
• Social engagement and companionship

What You Bring:

• Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience in Assisted Living is a plus , but not required
