Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, manage inventory, and maintain professional and safe operation. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of prior employment. Qualifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑focused environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
