**Exciting Opportunity for RN Flex Pool - Days!** Join an innovative and dynamic healthcare team where your nursing skills will shine! We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to float between various medical and surgical units. **Job Description:** - **Licensure Requirements:** - Candidates without an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. - Hawaii License required by the start of assignment. - Medical and religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity. - **General Job Duties:** - Float as an RN across medical and surgical units. - Engage in diverse clinical experiences and enhance your nursing skills. - **Shift Information:** - 12-hour Day Shifts: 0645 to 1915. - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. - Hours are not guaranteed. - **Equipment Utilized:** - Meditech EMR - Pyxis - Wound vac - Chest tubes - **Experience Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. - Preferred: Up to 10 years of diverse clinical exposure. - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC - **Floating Units/Departments:** - Medical Unit - Laulima Unit - Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions) - **Unit Bed Capacity:** - Medical: 77 beds - Laulima (Surgical Acute): 18 beds - Cardiovascular Unit: 15 beds - **Nurse to Patient Ratios:** - Medical: 1:6 (Days/Eves), 1:8 (Nights) - Laulima: 1:6 - Cardiovascular: 1:4 - Ratios may vary due to unexpected leaves. - **Dress Code:** - Professional nursing attire – clean scrubs. - **Orientation & Training:** - Comprehensive orientation time provided for each unit. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
