Armed Security Officer (Part-Time)

Armed Security OfficerWe are seeking an Armed Security Officer to become an integral part of our team. Because of this, we search for individuals of the highest caliber and experience.Veteran owned & operated company – Are you a Veteran? – We want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Perform internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel entry control points, internal roving patrols and armed escort guard services;Provide excellent customer service to guests, residents, employees and contractors in the communities and facilities we serve;Provide security for special events;Provide roving mobile patrol services within designated areas;Provide screening services of vehicles and personnel at entry control points;Protect equipment and personnel;Maintain weapons qualification on assigned weapon systems;Maintain proficiency with Non-Lethal Weapons;Perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow;Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:US Citizen or Eligible for Employment in the United StatesMust have a valid US Driver's LicenseA minimum of 21 years old.Must have a minimum of Three years verifiable experience in U.S. Military, corrections, security and/or Law Enforcement.Must be able to obtain required security licensing in MontanaMust have clean criminal history and able to pass a pre-employment background investigationHonorable discharge from the military (if applicable)Employment with SENTRYSIX is contingent upon a favorable background investigationAble to don all required personal protective gear.Qualify and maintain proficiency with all assigned weapons.Additional Details:Location: Bozeman, MTCompensation: $25/hrEmployment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time AvailableShifts Available: VariousNotice: Additionally, employment may be based on customer approval, security clearance, background investigation, drug screening results, medical requirements, physical fitness, and system specific qualifications and experience levels.
