This position requires individuals capable of operating in a high-security, controlled-access environment supporting national security objectives.This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Selected candidates must be willing to relocate and operate in a secure federal environment where the exact duty location cannot be publicly disclosed due to operational security requirements.The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong situational awareness, disciplined conduct, and the ability to operate within strict security protocols while representing SENTRYSIX and our federal partners with professionalism and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide armed protective security services in support of U.S. Government operationsControl access to secure facilities, installations, and restricted areasConduct identity verification, credential inspections, and visitor processingPerform security patrols of assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicleMonitor surveillance systems, alarms, and security detection equipmentRespond to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threatsEnforce federal security regulations, site policies, and standard operating proceduresPrepare detailed incident, activity, and shift reportsMaintain accountability and control of issued weapons and equipmentSupport force protection, emergency response, and contingency operationsMaintain strict confidentiality and adherence to operational security requirementsMinimum QualificationsMust possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph, or have held one within the past three (3) yearsMust be eligible for immediate clearance reinstatement or reciprocityMust be willing and able to relocate for assignmentMust be a U.S. citizenMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPossess or able to obtain Montana State Required Security Licenses upon selectionMinimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Military serviceFederal, state, or local law enforcementArmed security operationsGovernment security or protective servicesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting federal security contractsExperience working in classified or controlled-access environmentsMilitary combat arms, security forces, or law enforcement backgroundExperience with access control systems and surveillance technologiesPrior service in protective services, force protection, or critical infrastructure securityFamiliarity with federal security standards and incident response proceduresCurrent firearms qualification from a recognized law enforcement or military entityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions common to MontanaAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to respond quickly to emergencies and security incidentsAbility to meet firearms qualification and physical readiness standardsWork EnvironmentSecure federal facility environmentShift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be requiredWork performed under strict security protocolsExact duty location is not publicly disclosed due to operational security requirementsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience and contract requirements and may include:Competitive hourly wageHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsPaid training and certificationRelocation assistance (if applicable)Opportunities for advancement within SENTRYSIXImportant NoticeThis position is contingent upon contract award.
