Clinical Social Worker

Job Overview Provide mental health services and psychosocial support to individuals through assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, and prevention, as well as consultation, collaboration, and education. The position works with children and youth ages 12‑19 at the Saint Louis County Center for Youth on The Rise in Spanish Lake. Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessment to determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other related staff to respond to crisis situations and provide therapeutic mental health treatments to improve functioning and alleviate symptoms. Provide direct clinical services to individuals and families to help them achieve optimal health. Serve on committees and teams to develop, coordinate, and implement group programs for individuals. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker by the State of Missouri. One year of related experience. Valid Driver’s License. Work Hours & Location Typical work hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Location: 12079 Bellefontaine Road, Spanish Lake, MO 63138.
