This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durham, NC for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage menu development, and lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional quality dishes. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper food preparation and presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and training kitchen staff. The Head Chef will also collaborate with management to implement seasonal menu changes and uphold the restaurant's high standards.
