Job Description:Pest Control TechnicianSummaryPest Control Technicians provide the link between our company and our clients through exceptional customer service. You will seek to solve existing pest problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest problems. Overall, you'll build long-term relationships with those on your route, and protecting their homes and businesses.ResponsibilitiesConsult customers to understand pest issues and determine scopeResolve customer pest issuesApply pesticide or product as directedRemove cobwebs around perimeter of homeSet and remove traps as neededProvide service notes to clients using PestPacFollow daily route to ensure services are completed efficientlyFollow all safety procedures and regulationsSell new services to existing clientsClose leads as directed from the sales team and branch managerProvide updates to branch manager as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications21 years of ageA high school diploma or G.E.D.A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to read label and follow directionsBasic use of a Smart PhoneEnthusiasm for exceptional customer serviceGood oral and written communication skillsSolid attention to detailAvailability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)Availability to work some weekendsThe ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and background checkThe ability to meet the physical demands of the job; walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting & carrying up to 40 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
