Senior Salesforce Tech Lead — Hybrid Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to support a Maintenance & Operations engagement for our prestigious client. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the technical delivery, driving architecture decisions, performing hands-on development, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership to the development team. In this role, the Technical Lead will own the technical direction of a large-scale Salesforce environment, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and reliability across high-availability enterprise systems. The candidate will lead a team of developers, guide architecture and design decisions, support enhancements and integrations, and ensure successful delivery across systems serving thousands of users and managing millions of records. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, business stakeholders, and client leadership in a complex enterprise environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.Minimum 4 years of experience serving as a Technical Lead or Architect , with responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing integrated IT solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, including: Applications supporting 5,000 or more internal and external users Systems managing 5 million or more data records High-availability environments , including clustering, load balancing, or equivalent resiliency solutions 2.Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams consisting of five or more full-time equivalent (FTE) resources . 3.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Application Developer , implementing solutions using three or more of the following Salesforce technologies: Apex Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) RESTful API development and integration Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud 4.Must possess a Bachelor’s degree . In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of Salesforce development experience may be accepted, for a total of 7 years of qualifying Salesforce development experience . 5.Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited institution. 6.Active Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification. 7.Active Salesforce certification(s), including one or more of the following: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Platform Developer II 8.Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform and ecosystem , including configuration, customization, development, integrations, and platform governance. 9.Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-availability Salesforce solutions that support enterprise-grade performance and reliability. 10.Experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise or public-sector environments , including oversight of design, development, deployment, and operational support activities. 11.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively bridge technical teams, business users, project managers, architects, and executive stakeholders .
