You'll handle a steady flow of calls, coordinate with techs in the field, and keep schedules and customers on track. If you're organized, quick-thinking, and great with people, this is a role where you'll make an immediate impact every single day.What You'll OwnScheduling and dispatching HVAC service callsManaging incoming calls and customer requestsKeeping technicians' days running efficientlyCommunicating updates between customers and field teamsSupporting maintenance program promotion and follow-upsWhat You'll Be DoingAnswering calls and creating a strong first impressionBooking and prioritizing service appointmentsHandling urgent/emergency requests with confidenceCoordinating with technicians throughout the dayFollowing up with customers to ensure satisfactionAssisting with light admin tasks and team supportWhat You Bring1–2+ years in customer service, call center, or inside salesStrong multitasking and organizational skillsClear, professional communication (phone + written)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call environmentSolid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; typing 30+ WPM)Detail-oriented with a "get it done" attitudeNice to Have:HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades experienceServiceTitan or similar dispatch softwareApply today and become the voice and backbone of our service team.
