Assurance Manager

You are a licensed CPA with at least 5 years of progressive assurance or audit experience and strong technical knowledge of financial statement compliance and reporting requirements. You enjoy researching complex issues, solving client challenges, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to support team success.

You are motivated to continue developing your leadership skills, expand client relationships, and contribute to the long-term growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards
• Leverage knowledge of client operations to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions
• Manage engagement budgets, monitor profitability, assist with billing, and support collection efforts
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trusted advisory support and responsiveness
• Share technical expertise and institutional knowledge with team members across the firm
• Develop and lead motivated, collaborative teams focused on delivering exceptional client service
• Mentor Associates and Senior team members through coaching, career development, and technical guidance
• Contribute to proposal development efforts and effectively manage resources supporting business development initiatives
• Support recruiting efforts through networking, referrals, and participation in hiring initiatives
• Research, write, and publish technical and thought leadership content with support from team members
