HP ALM Quality Centre Functional Testing Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Testing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, HP ALM Quality Centre, and Confluence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-level software testing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop functional testing strategies and plans for software applications.
Lead a team of functional testers to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Identify and report defects to development teams and track resolution.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in testing.

Functional testing
HP ALM Quality Centre
Confluence
JIRA
Git or Bitbucket
Maven
Postman or SoapUI

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in functional testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
